I believe that discipline starts with the mind. Once the mind adapts the body will follow. Starting out as a cosmetologist, it was my goal to make everyone look great. However; feeling good was a "WHOLE" new task, so I became a massage therapist and completed acupuncture school. I decided to become vegan and search the complete person. I've expanded my knowledge and experience helping multiple communities arrive at the "I Can". Health and Wellness are primary, assisting my vegan community and beyond are essential in finding homes and aiding in our state, nation, country and abroad to view life as a "GIFT"
